An experienced Implementation Project Manager will handle your project from kick-off to go-live. In addition, your Implementation Project Manager and primary Client Relations Specialist will be on-site during the first live processing for all HRMS conversions.

Pro Pay’s Implementation responsibilities include:

    Whether during implementation with your Project Manager, or post implementation with your Client Relations Specialist, the Pro Pay team has in-depth knowledge of your company and its unique needs.  Your team will facilitate your training using your company set-up and your own data...no classroom setting or demo company here!  Also, you'll be trained in all areas of the system you use. 
  • No additional fees
    Tired of being "nickeled and dimed" for the "extra" training your current provider offers? That won't happen with Pro Pay. All of Pro Pay's training is included in your regular monthly fees, so even if you decide to take advantage of additional features at a later time, you'll receive complete training for those features at no additional charge.
