Pro Pay has two new and exciting additions to our website; a Video Presentation and a Newsletter. The Video Presentation may be viewed from the “Who We Are” section of our home page. This presentation allows viewers to see and hear the benefits and advantages of partnering with Pro Pay. The Newsletter may be found under “About Us, Newsletters”. Each bi-monthly newsletter will include a letter from our President and CEO, Bart Farmer, an Industry article, a How To article, a Service Spotlight, and an Employee Spotlight.

ProPay is excited to announce the release of the second phase of automatic integration of newly hired employee information from h2r recruit into the h2r core module utilizing h2r connect. This integration automatically establishes the payroll employment record for a new employee eliminating the need to manually key the information. The enhancements encompassed within this second phase have brought increased functionality and flexibility to a time saving and already seamless process.

Pro Pay is proud to announce that we have moved our primary data center to a new location.  The new data center includes all new infrastructure equipment, new server virtualization technology, as well as state of the art security technology. Examples include biometric entry, 24x7x365 video surveillance with automatic off-site recording, on-site diesel power generator, and an F3 tornado safety rating. The new primary data center will continue to be supported by a full co-location site and system as it is today.

The Pro Pay team recently volunteered to work at Abby’s Run for the Heart. 100% of donations from this 5k event directly support research in viral Myocarditis & preventing sudden cardiac death in children.
